In this second portion of the first chapter, we learn that Paul is showing us what it means to be a gardener in God’s ecosystem. By sowing seeds of renewal with the spade and shovel of prayer, we will uncover the hope of Christ’s calling, our inheritance in Christ, and the great power of Christ being deployed on our behalf. We’re invited to get our hands in the dirt this morning.

Series Summary: In this series we will look at every word of Ephesians to see what God wants to share with His church in this season. Ephesians is all about the Gospel story becoming Our story. It's a book on ethics and purpose for God’s church. It's a book of for us to find greater identity within His life. Going slower and going deeper, over 9 weeks we'll look at 9 words which inhabit 9 themes, to bring to light 9 purposes for us as individuals and community in the season ahead. Within this book, we’ll learn how to grow as true disciples, how to live a fulfilling life as Christ followers in order to go deeper into the life of purpose driven faith. Within Ephesians, we’ll find an intersection of God’s word and our life to shape our discipleship together to the ways of Jesus.
