The part-time Children's Ministry & Spiritual Life Coordinator at Bethany Ballard will play a vital role in nurturing the spiritual formation of our church community, with a focus on children and families. They will partner with pastoral leadership and volunteers to cultivate meaningful faith practices, coordinate children’s ministry programming, and support the spiritual life of Bethany Ballard as a whole.

The part-time Worship Associate works alongside the Bethany West Seattle Staff and Lay Leaders in carrying out the vision for meaningful Sunday worship services.
