Berry Picking Bonanza at Yellow Aster Butte

September 19, 6:30am- 7pm, Yellow Aster Butte, Mt. Baker wilderness, $10 + gas money for carpooling, 9.2 miles, 4100 ft. elevation gain, Difficult

This out and back trail is one of our favorites in the NW! Around this time of year the whole trail will be fiery yellow/orange/red and lined with wild blueberries. The views will be panoramic for a large portion of the trek with stunning views of Mt. Baker. On the way back, we'll be stopping by North Fork Brewery for food and drink!
