Golfing 9 Holes at Jackson Park Golf Club

August 13, 6pm, Jackson Park Golf Club, App. $46, 9 holes of golf, Easy

No ifs, ands, or putts–a little birdie told us that community will be par for the course at this after-work golf outing. Join us at Jackson Park Golf Club for 9 holes of gold on the driest public course in the city of Seattle. Build community while talking about life, reflecting on a couple of verses, and trying to come in under par. Afterword, we will have an optional hangout and get drinks at the golf course cafe.

Anticipated cost is $46 per player to be paid when we arrive at the golf course. Participants should come with their own gear, including clubs, balls, tees, golf attire, and water.

Hi! I’m Tore Olson, I joined the BWM team spring of 2026 and am excited to help people build community and grow in their faith through the outdoors. One thing I never head into the outdoors without is a Banana Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Clif Bar it’s my favorite trail snack, and if I forget food, I definitely get a little grumpy! My favorite way to get to know someone is on a hike. There’s something about walking a trail together that makes conversation come naturally and creates space to share life on a deeper level. What I love most about the outdoors is the sense of awe and wonder it inspires. Being surrounded by God’s creation reminds me to slow down, appreciate its beauty, and feel more connected to my faith.
