Camp Attitude

Camp Attitude is an accessible summer camp for families with children who experience physical and cognitive diagnoses.

Every year, we send a team of volunteers from all of our Bethany locations to serve at a week long camp. High School students and young adults serve as one on one buddies for children with disabilities, while adults, middle school students, and our youngest team members help make the rest of camp possible by cleaning, cooking, providing support for volunteer buddies, and enjoying camp life along with the families we serve. Our team members have ranged from ages 6 to 92. This truly is an opportunity that anyone can participate in! 

There is limited space to serve, so this year we are asking you to complete this application. Please see the important dates below to see when the team will be announced. 

Trainings and team meetings are MANDATORY (unless clear make-up options are planned in advance):

Sun., March 1st - APPLICATIONS DUE
Tue., March 3rd - TEAM ANNOUNCED
Sun, March 22nd, 12:30-2pm FIRST TEAM GATHERING
Sun., May. 3rd - Team Gathering 2, 12:30-2, PAPERWORK PARTY
Sat., May 16th, Refuel Day, 1-4pm
Sun., June 8th - In service prayer for all Mission Teams at each services
Tues., June 16th, 7:30-8:30pm - ONLINE Team Time, PAPERWORK DEADLINE
Sun., July 26th - Camp Attitude Team Time 3 - 12:30-2pm, Bethany CLC
Thu., Jul 30th, 7:30-8:30pm Bethany CLC
Sat., Aug. 1 - Fri., Aug. 7 - CAMP
