Juneteenth Celebration
Join Bethany Community Church and Holly Park Community Church for a celebratory Juneteenth worship service! The evening will include music, art, story, and reflection as we celebrate the story of Juneteenth in the Black American experience.
We will honor the gifts, presence, and tradition of the Black Church, and share a reflective space for sharing and listening afterward. And there will be pie!
This event is for all - individuals and families, friends and neighbors. Please spread the word!

Juneteenth is a national celebration that remembers the June 19, 1865, announcement of the emancipation of enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, after the Civil War ended. It marks the final emancipation of enslaved people in the Confederate states, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
