Room for subleasing
Phone: (425) 691-6608
I am looking to sublease my room for the next couple of months! I live in a 3 bed, 1 bath in Queen Anne with two amazing female roommates. The room would be fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bedside table, etc. and all of my personal items would be removed prior to your move in date. I had to move home unexpectantly to help care for my mom during her cancer treatment, and have had to cut down work hours to be home with her, so paying for my room while not living there has been a huge financial burden I am hoping to alleviate during this time. I am open to discussing the timeframe of the sublease (ideally it would be month to month, or anywhere from 1-3 months) as I don't know what the future holds in regards to my mom's treatment and health. You can text me at 4256916608 if you are interested or have any questions! I am also happy to provide pictures of the room upon request!

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home Available
Phone: (562) 335-2728
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the Meadowbrook Community, with plenty of indoor (about 1800 sqft) and outdoor space. The Meadowbrook Community Center is close by and available for entertainment. Address is 9602 42nd Ave. NE, Seattle, WA 98115. A two car attached garage is in the front of the house. A private backyard is mostly surrounded by trees for a fresh air environment. It was built in the 1960s, but the entire interior is being painted and carpet cleaned so it should be available by early November. Pets will be considered, but large pets are not desirable. The downstairs basement is unavailable at this time as it will be used by the landlord.
