I am looking to sublease my room for the next couple of months! I live in a 3 bed, 1 bath in Queen Anne with two amazing female roommates. The room would be fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bedside table, etc. and all of my personal items would be removed prior to your move in date. I had to move home unexpectantly to help care for my mom during her cancer treatment, and have had to cut down work hours to be home with her, so paying for my room while not living there has been a huge financial burden I am hoping to alleviate during this time. I am open to discussing the timeframe of the sublease (ideally it would be month to month, or anywhere from 1-3 months) as I don't know what the future holds in regards to my mom's treatment and health. The location is wonderful for a family because it is not far from Mathew's Beach and Warren G. Magnusun Park on Lake Washington, yet not too far from Green Lake (Bethany Church) or the University of Washington. A laundry room with cabinets, washer and dryer are on the main level. A two car attached garage is in the front of the house. A private backyard is mostly surrounded by trees for a fresh air environment.
