Key responsibilities include: building sustainability and lead Bethany's organizational design & development and operational excellence in support of the Senior Pastor, provide leadership in Bethany's priorities for thriving locations and the fulfillment of our vision, and engage deeply in the projects and responsibilities of the Senior Leadership Team. The Children’s Ministries Child Care Ministry Staff cares for the youngest in Bethany Green Lake’s congregation (birth - 5th grade) by providing safe, consistent, quality supervision of children during adult classes, ministry events, rehearsals, and/or worship.
