Summer Interns collaborate with Bethany staff and volunteers toward the flourishing, programming and ministry operations of BCC. Interns focus on an area of ministry at a specific location, participate as a staff member and engage in special projects. Interns will have opportunities for leadership development through receiving mentorship, involvement in an intern cohort, and participating in other leadership opportunities based on individual experiences and gifts. Internship focus areas may include: Children, Youth and Family Ministry, Belong Ministry, Missions, Welcome, Wilderness, and/or Worship ministries. Read the full job description for details.

The Executive Pastor is responsible to work closely with the Senior Pastor and Senior Leadership Team to provide executive leadership, management and strategic planning for Bethany Community Church. Key responsibilities include: building sustainability and lead Bethany's organizational design & development and operational excellence in support of the Senior Pastor, provide leadership in Bethany's priorities for thriving locations and the fulfillment of our vision, and engage deeply in the projects and responsibilities of the Senior Leadership Team. The Children’s Ministries Child Care Ministry Staff cares for the youngest in Bethany Green Lake’s congregation (birth - 5th grade) by providing safe, consistent, quality supervision of children during adult classes, ministry events, rehearsals, and/or worship.
