Wednesday, April 29 | 7-8:30pm | Bethany Green Lake
At this year’s racial justice and reconciliation speaker event, "Peacemaking & Public Faith: A Conversation with Justin Giboney," we will move toward Christ-centered understanding and action in the face of racial tension and cultural division. Justin and a panel of local leaders will help us consider how the Gospel shapes our pursuit of justice, unity, and faithful public witness. Join us as we seek to reflect God’s love in practical and transformative ways.
Register below to let us know you'll be there, and so we can be in touch afterward for next steps.
Bethany's Ministry of Racial Justice and Reconciliation seeks to partner with Jesus as reconcilers (2 Corinthians 5:18-19), peacemakers (Matthew 5:9), and doers of justice (Micah 6:8) around the particular dividing wall of racism (Ephesians 2:14) to honor the image of God in one another (Genesis 1:27) and together embody the unity-in-diversity life of the Gospel (1 Corinthians 12:12-14) and the justice of God’s kingdom (Isaiah 11:1-9).
