I am a woman in my early 30s looking for 2 female housemates to split rent on a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in the Greenlake neighborhood. Rent is $3500 a month for the whole house. One bedroom is clearly larger than the others so that room costs $1500, and the other two rooms are $1000 per month.
