We have a private mother-in-law basement unit available for rent in Wallingford beginning January 1 (with potential to move in a couple of weeks early if needed). Rent is $1400 with all utilities split between the upstairs and downstairs units. There is a private entrance to the space, private kitchen, and private bathroom.
