The room is located upstairs and is 247 SF. There is a shared bathroom (with one other person, initially will be just you). $1,070/month rent plus $130/month toward utilities, for a combined $1,200/month. Yard maintenance is also included. There is another room upstairs that we plan to rent later. If you are looking with a friend for two bedrooms, please let us know and we can discuss the other room as well. The bedroom has its own wall mounted heat pump unit that provides heat and AC, with the thermostat control in the room, so you can keep the room however you like. There is a bathroom upstairs for you to share with one other housemate (currently no one). The bathroom has two sinks, each with their own mirror and cabinet above for plenty of your own storage. The bathroom has a full tub and great light. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry in basement are shared. We also have a second living room space set up in the basement with projector and pull-down screen that housemates have really enjoyed using. Location. The house is by 4th Ave S and S 112th Street, 98168. This is southwest of downtown Seattle, at the south end of West Seattle, just north of Burien. We are very close to highway 509. It is just a 7-mile commute to downtown.
