Design your Work for Increased Satisfaction
This workshop is focused on helping get greater clarity regarding what you value in work, what roles/jobs give you satisfaction, what roles are not satisfying right now, and how you could make a small improvement in your job to increase satisfaction. Using the lens of our faith and Life Design tools we will aim to increase familiarity with design thinking tools and mindsets to continually design and redesign our work, while also asking for what you want in ways your organization benefits.
Taught by Pastors Megan Dobrasz & Kendy Easley both of whom are certified Designing Your Life facilitators, we will bring both our faith and our work into the room.
