Fall Kickoff Volunteers

We’re kicking off the fall with a fun Sunday morning of all the things—and we need volunteers to help make it happen!

On Sunday, September 28th, our church family will celebrate together during morning services and invite the whole Green Lake neighborhood to keep the party going from 12:30–2:00 PM with:

✔️ Fresh Camano Island coffee tastings
✔️ Local sweet breads from Erwin's Bakery
✔️ Petting zoo with friendly farm animals
✔️ Sign-ups for all things fall

When you volunteer, you help welcome neighbors, create a joyful atmosphere, and make this day possible.


Volunteer Roles & Shifts 

Setup Crew: 7-8am 
Set up signs, tables, supplies, and banners. Camano Coffee ready by 8am; everything else for after the 8am service. Bonus perk: first sip of coffee!

Zoo Monitors

  • 9-11am: Public can view animals; Sunday school kids can pet the animals. 
  • 11am-2pm: Sunday school kids can pet the animals until 12:30; public can pet the animals starting at 12:30pm. 

Floaters/Info Rovers/Security: 8-10am, 10am-12pm, or 12-2pm
Friendly faces who answer questions, direct guests, and fill in wherever help is needed. 

Tear-Down Crew: 1:45-2:30pm
Help pack up tables, signs, banners, and supplies; reset the campus.
