Join Bethany for a backcountry Ski tour in the Snoqualmie Pass or Cle Elum area (the location will depend on weather and the avalanche conditions). An intermediate backcountry ski touring experience is required–this trip is not intended to be an introduction to backcountry skiing.

Meet at Bethany Green Lake at 6:30 am in front of the Sanctuary, Mileage and elevation will vary depending on the group and avy conditions. All participants must have AIARE level 1 or equivalent experience with performing avalanche rescue and carry a beacon/probe/shovel. Potential touring options will look like 6 to 10 miles roundtrip with 2,500ft to 3,500ft gain

We plan to stop by Summit West for food and mountain church before heading back to Seattle. We look forward to exploring God's creation with you!
