Restorative Practices Circle

Join others in a circle process, where we respond to a topic or question in an intentional way to listen well to each other and explore our own experiences. This is an ongoing monthly opportunity hosted by Bethany's Ministry for Racial Justice and Reconciliation for building relationships, engaging practices that offer space for deep listening and sharing, and doing this through the particular lens of racial justice and reconciliation in our shared life at Bethany.

About Restorative Circles: A circle consists of "rounds" of questions and prompts, where each person has an opportunity to share. One of the strengths of circles is the opportunity for focused listening as we practice giving others equal space to share. As we go through the rounds, we will start with introducing ourselves, grounding ourselves in the conversation and space, and affirming the guidelines. Then we will take things deeper with each round, and have opportunities for responding to each other.
