Volunteer with our Partners

Bethany partners with organizations in our community that have a shared geographic focus, common understanding and commitment to the Christian faith, similar values for community transformation, and alignment with strategic focus of the congregation. Check out how you can get involved with our great partners.

Aurora Commons

The Aurora Commons

The Aurora Commons is a ‘neighborhood living room’ that provides a safe space of hospitality to rest, pursue relationships, and provide resources for those in need along the Aurora corridor. Originally established by churches in 2011, they host weekly open hours, offer wound and foot care services, women’s only programming and drop-in, but most importantly, they act on the belief that each person deserves dignity, love, and respect. If you're interested in becoming a partner in ministry by giving or volunteering, check out their website. Contact: Elizabeth Dahl

Puget Sound Christian Clinic

Puget Sound Christian Clinic (PSCC) is a free, roaming Seattle clinic providing health care to under served people in King and Snohomish Counties. All sorts of skills and gifts are needed to staff this clinic, even beyond doctors and nurses! Check out their clinic locations here. We partner with them to host a clinic site at the Aurora Commons on the first and third Wednesday evenings of every month. Learn more at pschristianclinic.org

Youth Wise

Youth Wise provides one-on-one adult youth mentors to children and youth ages 8 to 18. Each mentoring match meets once a week for a year, doing activities of their choice in the community, building a friendship of trust and support. During the match year the mentors receive ongoing mentor training and meet monthly with their mentoring coach. Through its mentoring Alliance, Youth Wise also trains churches and organizations how to adopt and run their own Youth Wise Mentoring program.
