Our speaker will be Kimberlee Conway Ireton, author of The Circle of Seasons: Meeting God in the Church Year and the recently released memoir, Cracking Up: A Postpartum Faith Crisis (available in the book Kiosk). A wannabe connoisseur of tea and an avid reader, Kimberlee lives in Seattle with her husband, four kids, two cats, and more books than she can count. Nursery available (0-23 months) with registration. No walk-ins accepted.
Different than our Sunday services, Sing is an extended time of worship through singing, prayer, and hearing God's word. It's a "come as you are" service led by a full band in a relaxed format. All are welcome.Contact Eric Henderson
Older elementary (3rd-5th grade) kids are invited to this overnight retreat full of crazy fun activities, inflatables, live worship, and much more. This will be an experience that will challenge and inspire our students. Cost is $50/student before March 10 ($60 after). Students should bring a Bible, pillow, sleeping bag, overnight toiletry items and a change of clothes (spending money for retreat merchandise is optional). Parents can drop kids off at Bethany Green Lake at 5pm on 3/21 and pick them up at Green Lake at 5pm on 3/22. For questions, contact Holle Tubbs.
Real community is the fruit of commitment, service, and accountability, which is why we emphasize membership at Bethany. This is a three-week class that covers the basics like core values, beliefs, history, and vision of the church, and it's the first step to becoming a member at Bethany.
