If you're feeling stuck in any area of your life, the 12-Step Spiritual Journey may be the solution. Spiritual Journey, a small-group experience, creates a healing environment of truth telling that teaches people to respond in healthy ways to obstacles, disappointment, and pain, avoid carrying pain from unresolved conflicts, gain wisdom and move past victimhood, learn principles that provide hope and healing, and lay a foundation for healthy living and meaningful relationships. Questions? Wednesdays, Fall 2016  |  6:30–8:30pm

Alpha Course walks you through the fundamentals of the Christian faith in a way that allows space to ask questions, disagree, and explore with others what it's all about. It’s a low-key place to meet others at Bethany who are asking some of the same questions.

O2: Breathing New Life into Faith

by Richard Dahlstrom

Your physical body needs oxygen in order to survive. Inhale, exhale—one leads naturally to the other. Inhale too long, and you feel as if your lungs will burst. Exhale too long, and you get light-headed. The same rhythm is essential in the life of faith. This fresh perspective on the classic disciplines of the faith will empower you to process the oxygen of the Spirit. Discover how you can develop a balanced spirituality that reflects the life of Jesus and keeps your faith growing strong.
