Post College/Early Career is a group of people just out of college and beginning careers who are committed to living our faith and growing as followers of Christ together. We regularly host informal get-togethers as well as have monthly organized activities. Whether you’ve been around for weeks or years, we’re looking forward to meeting you and sharing life together.

Supper 8′s
These groups meet once each month, for approximately three months, to enjoy a meal together. All meals are potluck-style, and you can either host or bring something to share.

Community Groups
Summer Community Groups are here! Be sure to register for the groups you’re interested in before they fill up. You can look at and register for groups online or pick up a catalog and registration card on any Sunday in May.
There are also a few more PCEC Community Groups that aren’t in the catalog; contact the leader directly if you’re interested:

• Encountering God | Sunday mornings | 10:15-11am | Chapel Lower Level
  Want to process the sermon you’ve just heard or prepare yourself for what you’re about to hear?  We discuss the sermons and look more in-depth at the text all within the context of getting to know each other. Contact Joel
• Is Dating Working for You? | Tuesdays, June 12, July 3, 17, 31, August 14 | 7-9pm
  Do you feel like you’re having trouble meeting new people, following up with people you are meeting, and/or keeping the ones you start to date? This group is for those who recognize that what they’re doing isn’t working and are ready to be challenged to try something new.  The group will be limited to six people as we’ll do more than simply talk about our dating philosophies, and there will be homework! Happy Hour

  We sit at the raised table just to the left of the door; look for a few people wearing green shirts like this one.  If this is your first event please let us know you’re coming so we can keep an eye out for you!

Bible Studies

• Men’s:
  Thursdays, Jan. 12-Apr. 26 | 7-8:30pm | Sanctuary Classrooms A & B
  If you want to meet regularly with other guys and dig into God’s word, we are the group for you!  Each quarter we choose to go through a book of the Bible or a book about the Bible. This quarter we will be taking a look at two books of the Bible.  If you want to get plugged into Bethany and learn how God’s word applies to you today, come join us!

• Women’s:
  Thursdays, Jan. 19-May 10| 7-8:45pm | CE Auditorium
  Join with other young women in studying the Gospel of John as we encounter both the divinity and humanity of Jesus, giving light and life to the world. We will have large-group teaching and small-group discussion, allowing us to learn together and build community with each other.
