I have a newly-remodeled condo to share with one roommate. The unit has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom (shower and toilet in separate rooms), free laundry facilities, utilities included except electricity (cheap), parking spot. 5 minute walk to Fremont hot spots and Wallingford too. The shared spaces are furnished but I would be willing to rearrange if you have furniture to add. There is storage space in the extra room. I am not at home most of the time. I have a very well-trained/behaved, sweet Black Labrador, who comes with me everywhere I go, so he will not be home without me. Rent is $650. I can send you photos.
