Room for rent in community house

    Hello friends,

    I currently live in a 7 bedroom house with some great housemates. I am leaving for Europe and need someone to take over my room:)

    We live in ballard in a beautiful big house off of 61st and 32nd NW.

    Rent is 425 plus utilities. The lease ends Oct 1st with the option to renew if you want!:)

    5 of the housemates are mars hill graduate students studying counseling and the other roommate is a professional.

    There are 5 girls and 2 boys and my room is open to either male or female!

    I for sure need the room rented at the latest by the end of april..HOWEVER i am willing to rent it out as soon as March 1st! (if you have more immediate needs i am also open to that...we can talk!) So move in date is flexible!:)
