We've got a big room in a house shared by 3 up in North Seattle near Shoreline and Lake City. Its an older place, but nice. Has yard and BBQ and lots of trees. Rent includes util, WiFi, W/D, parking. We're near buses and shopping and 5 minutes from I-5. The neighborhood's pretty quiet. One roomie is rarely home. I'm a student, so home a lot, studying.
