One of my roommates is moving out and her room will be available March 1st. We have a 3 bedroom apartment in the Northgate area. The room available is the largest one with its own bathroom - rent is $370. The apartment has a large living/dining area with lots of windows and easy on/off access to I-5. Unit parking is available.
