Located on Queen Anne, just blocks from Seattle Pacific University campus, a house of 7 girls is looking for someone to take the spot of a girl moving away. We are either current SPU students or recent graduates and need a female roommate to sublet a shared room starting as soon as March 18th. The room will be available from then until the end of July if desired, but any length of stay is appreciated. Rent is $377 + utilities and although the room is shared, the house is VERY spacious.
